I just noticed that the RCM website now lists the 37th edition (2019) coins of Canada guide book for sale.
I'm curious to see what price it lists it's recent NCLTs at.
I'm also curious to see how thick the book is with all the releases over the last few years.

They will need a flatbed transport truck to ship each book.

I saw that book while scrolling through the RCM website last night. I've been using the Charlton yearly books for my info.

If anyone out there has used both the "Coins of Canada" and "Charlton" books; is one 'better' than the other?

I only collect coins from cents to 'twonies' so I've found 85% of the Charlton book (especially the non-circulated copy) as useless to me. It appears this new book would be similar with lots of pages for paper money, tokens, etc.

Here is a link to that book with screen captures of content.

The book is 650 pages long. Examples show the market value of the coins are close to issue price. Which is totally incorrect because most modern NCLT can be found for a sizable discount off issue price.

The book is no doubt extremely informative but the prices need to reflect current markets. I may pick one up since I haven't spent any money on coins lately
