I'm aware of no listings to match and pretty much all are from Philly mint... I couldn't help but notice and thought I'd share to get input on it being a die chip or possibly a unlisted new column DDR... I've already ruled out plating bubbling with a toothpick.

It could be a DDR, but clearer pictures would be a better help.

I'm about to go purchase another way of taking pictures. Any suggestions on low cost? I've been using iPhone 7plus but can't ever get good focus on closeups
