This LMC looks so crisp and clean to me... unlike any other '94 I've seen.. is this a proof strike? ( Tonight was a good coin night at work! I found a 2002-S Mississippi Quarter; a 2009-D dime, and 5 2019-W Lowells!)

Appreciate the help--Also is there a spread towards the center in IGWT? and extra hair at the bottom of the neck?

I don't see any characteristics of a proof strike, even if there were proofs struck at Denver that year. I do see zinc rot setting in, though!

Not a Proof. Just a normal Business Strike. Also, there's absolutely no signs of doubling anywhere etheir.
