Another coin if you see some like this It listed DD..I wonder if the DD is depending on the year they makde it right?

Very likely this is die abrasion doubling. Die clashes typically have marks going through the 1 in that exact location, any abrasion to remove a clash could leave this doubling. There are many die scratches around the date so there is abrasion.
