In my opinion Eagle Foot excitment is what coin collecting is all about
I rate a coin's eye appeal using a simple scale:

I like it...
I love it...
I gotta have it...
I eaglefoot it!

But seriously, it IS hard to make decisions financially on what one "ought" to do with coin purchasing. Keeping a "budget" in check with life and family and responsibility, versus, a deep passion/love/addiction to coins.......that isn't easy for everyone to balance and one has to be willing to do without certain coins, possibly for a lifetime, in order to keep that "balance".

Best advice:.......buy smart......arm yourself with as much knowledge as you can, be picky, and stick to what's affordable to you without sacrificing the more important things in life.

I currently Eaglefoot the 1 and 2 franc 1919! All 7 of them in the album were either worn or damaged. I want better ones!

I can use "Eaglefoot" as a verb, right?

Absolutely! It is a versatile word...

As a verb... I eaglefoot the Eisenhower dollar.
As an adjective... I have many eaglefoot coins in my collection.
As a noun... I only collect eaglefoots.
