Having some trouble determining the rarity/attribution of this variety.

As to basic variety, it looks like Small Date, Small 5C. Large Date, Large 5C is the most common variety with this one coming in second. The filled S in STATES looks like a die chip. I don't know if that's any sort of special die pair or anything for this coin.

LM-10 (there are only two varieties with small date and small 5C, LM-10 and LM-11), fairly early die stage after the die chips fill the top of S2 but before the die crack down through T2. R-1
