Just Got The Trueview Back On An Unusual Submission!

I've never even heard of this - what can you tell us about it?

What do I think about this squared Quarter : Don't mess with United States coinage .
How in the world are you suppose to put that into a round holder ?

Correct. It's a trueview. It's been reduced to the maximum allowable forum size however.

So as any type A collector, I did a bunch of research about these. Now that I am back at the computer vs a phone, here is all the info I have on these. I corresponded with the artist about these extensively. He was very gracious and even sent a couple gifts with the order!

X#301 CuNiZn Nickel Silver, Mintage 330. These were not sold but made to give away at shows etc as promotional items. 0 Certified

X#301a 1/4 Ounce .999 Silver, Mintage 1310. This is what the author calls the "REAL" Squared Quarter. 7/8" x 7/8". All squared quarters were the same size except the thickness varied depending on the weight he was going for.

X#301b 1/2 Ounce .999 Silver, Mintage 602. Andor Orand considers this the medal or half dollar option. Just a thicker quarter to allow double the weight.

Hope this helps! I was not able to find any that were NGC certified, but I am not positive. For anyone interested, contact the artist directly. He still has a couple available. I have no affiliation with him other than buying this from him. The ones on auction sites are over 10x his direct price. Plus, he's very nice and easy to deal with!
