It's amazing what people can do with these coins after leaving the mint building. This coin looks like hard super glue drawing but I can see the impression on the back...I guess post stamp impression on the coin after leaving the mint.

Ok the surface of the coin is not raised. All the irregular areas are like pressed into the coin. All t he high points of the coin are from the original struck coin. The unusual are deeper into the coin. If there are any expert coin collectors in Barstow, CA they can help use the right descriptive lingo. So I dont sound so unknowledgable. But thanks all who take the time to help
