So I have a 1983 D Lincoln Cent that has some bubbling ....but there is a mark (dot?) beside the 1 that is raised and looks a lot like an uncompleted 1. There is some bubbling on the obverse in places. These are smooth. My fingernail can easily catch the dot. It is raised just as high as the date.
I am just curious what sort of error this would be?
