Need Help With A 1983 Lincoln D Cent Dot Near The Date

Lkayre New Member Canada 21 Posts	Posted 05/26/2019 5:24 pm So I have a 1983 D Lincoln Cent that has some bubbling ....but there is a mark (dot?) beside the 1 that is raised and looks a lot like an uncompleted 1. There is some bubbling on the obverse in places. These are smooth. My fingernail can easily catch the dot. It is raised just as high as the date. I am just curious what sort of error this would be?
