Very similar to the Theodore Roosevelt DDO I posted, I found this 2010-P Mount Hood quarter with slight extra thickness on IGWT from SW-NE. If this was an earlier die state it may have had the strong notching and separation like the Roosevelt one.

This one was a bit tougher to photograph, the extra thickness is probably most noticeable on the O.
