Found this 2004 LMC CRH. It appears to be a bad planchet or to have been struck through something. The area on the reverse memorial is depressed but still has all the details of the memorial. If it had been hit with something it would probably have some damage on the obverse. Your thoughts.

Can't really tell with pictures, but it might be a Struck Through error. Less glare would help.
