Hopefully these pics are of high enough quality for identification
They both appear to be made of bronze or copper.
The first one is about 25 mm in diameter while the second one is smaller and about 17 mm in diameter

#15 is a very distinctive Late Roman Bronze: it's of Emperor Julian II, the last pagan emperor of Rome. The reverse type is SECVRITAS REIPVB, bull, Nicomedia mint. Like this one on Wildwinds, RIC 121.

#16 is a "city commemorative" from around the time of Constantine. Obverse is a personification of Roma, legend VRBS ROMA, reverse is the she-wolf suckling Romulus and Remus, Siscia mint. Similar to this one on Wildwinds.
