I Decided to do some Coin spring cleaning, cant save them all right; and then, I came across this one.
Just not sure if this is a die chip or what.

Post Strike Damage? Not sure on this one to be honest.

Edit: After very carefully analyzing it, it's safe to say that the final conclusion is Post Strike Damage ( PSD). It's incuse, so it's a scratch from damage.
