Hello I'm pretty new to error coins needing help with this one 1990 p quarter I'm seeing some possble Cud on rim at first thought it was damage but the closer I looked it seems like a Cud and possibly struck twice or damaged die, the A in states on the reverse has me curious. Please help,thank you.
