Found this in a coin roll from the bank. It's definitely and old coin, very hard for me to tell. But the letters are so thick I think it just might be a DDO. What are your thoughts?

I looked it up on variety vista but I just couldn't tell if the thickness was there because of wear or if it was doubled then worn. Thank you all.
