1994 P Chipped Error?

I found this coin roll hunting, it weighs 2.4 grams and it doesn't look like it has been kissed by a mower. I have a lot of those kind of coins from metal detecting LOL. There's no kind of crimp mark from a tool, both sides are uneven where it says chipped out, and it's not bent. Hoping to get some help again for advice. Thank you once again.
