The top one is a gaming token made of cheap metal, not gold. They were popular in the early 19th century UK and sometimes later on carried business advertising. It is made to resemble a spade guinea. Don't accept the date on it as date of manufacture. The date is only representative.
The bottom one is from a series of collectible tokens found at French BP gas stations in the 70's. They depict famous French coins, this one being the "Gros de Roi" from 1447. No significant value.
