Greetings,

Would you grade this 1886-O Morgan silver dollar as Uncirculated (MS-60 through MS-62) or something else? What would be a fair market value for this coin and what are the black spots, environmental damage, and do they harm the value of the coin?

Thank you for all your help!

You would get a better evaluation if you posted pictures raw (without the 2x2). The black spots are either carbon spots or toning, and probably do detract from the value because they diminish eye appeal.

Jadey, Thanks for the suggestion for pics out of the 2x2 holder. Here they are, let me know what you think a reasonable value and grade would be?

Kind regards,

Would you submit this coin to NGC/PCGS for grading?
