Here's another from a reputable dealer which just finished at auction, for price comparison:

They do have other Celtic pieces at lower prices right now if you're not wedded to that particluar coin.
I have reasonable knowledge of British Celtic (not so much Gallic) and it looks genuine to me, i.e. there are things there that a forger probably wouldn't do on a sub-500 Euro coin, like light corrosion on the horse, a weak obverse, surface damage. Nothing looks 'wrong', and it isn't suspiously perfect.
Assuming the price is sensible, it's a nice coin!
