1982 Bronze Penny Lg Or Sm Date? - Coin Community Forum

jon milliken New Member United States 22 Posts	Posted 06/23/2019 01:03 am Hey guys first off thank you all for your responses. I recently started roll hunting and found this 1982 brass penny. A few things about this penny it seem like it is off center punch a little bit I'm also not sure if it's a leg date or small date but I'm leaning towards the lg date any light you guys can shed in this coin will be greatly appreciated thanks again -Jon Report this Post to the Staff

There are 7 varieties for 1982 circulation coins. 1982 Copper Large Date 1982 Copper Small Date 1982 Zinc Large Date 1982 Zinc Small Date 1982 D Copper Large Date 1982 D Zinc Large Date 1982 D Zinc Small Date All are common. Notably missing from my list is 1982 D copper Small Date. That is incredibly rare and not even supposed to exist, but does. Seems like everyone is looking for it, but not really sure what IT is.
