I can't tell because my eyes aren't trained for this enough quite yet. The Obverse is most likely just circulation flattening but the reverse looks a little thick. Thanks in advance!

I don't see any doubled die. Also, on the reverse of wheat cents, I recommend looking at the dots for elongation. It's an easy way to tell if you have a Nice DDR. Here's an example of this on a 1943 Lincoln Cent:
