Possible 1983 LMC DDR 002?

This is kind of strange and not quite what I was expecting... It looks like the die gouges (small dots) actually line up pretty well with what I'm seeing in the image below. The scratches are somewhat different although some of them do seem to line up like the one between the N and the I. At the base of the letters I think I can faintly see some older lighter underline scratches to the heavier deeper overlying that is on the coin below, possibly indicating a later die stage for the coin below, with regard to my coin... If the one above is in fact the 002?
