Have a few questions for these. I have a Circ set of Franklin half dollars 1948 - 1963. It has everything in it what are the key coins? Which ones are silver and what %? and how much is it worth. It is not in bad condition at all haven't really lost much detail. http://s462.photobucket.com/albums/...8/TeukCoins/ They are all in about that condition. Sorry for the bad pics lol. Just let me know please and thanks.

Either one. You can look at the link and see what kind of shape they are in. None are really worse then that and some are better.

Well Silver is at a very low spot currently.
Its is destined to go up.
So it will go higher in melt value at least eventually.

Values Entered:

Quantity: 35
Coin Type: 1948-1963 Franklin half dollar
Silver Price: $12.70 / troy ounce

Total silver value is $160.77.

» There are 12.6594 troy ounces of silver in 35 silver Franklin half dollar(s).

» Each Franklin half dollar contains 0.3617 troy ounces of silver and is valued at $4.59 when silver is at $12.70 / oz.

Yup!

I had typed in the reply, then I got a phone call. When I was done with the call, I hit "Submit Reply" without doing the refresh to see if someone else had posted. I guess that phone call took longer than I thought!

Unless you have high AU or MS coins, they are all pretty much worth spot price. Of the ones posted on Photobucket, I would say that none are above EF.
