As long as the 4 in the date is visible that is all that matters.

A 4 would be a 1994, 2004, 2014, or 2024.

2024 is supposed to have a new reverse.

1994 and 2004 have the old reverse font for 2007 and before.

All I need is the 4.

I'll go with the 20-25 crowd. However with that said if you did get it graded the numbers could be all over the chart.
