Strong die gouge by "IN" makes me think this is WDDO-002.

I would say yes, but the TY of LIBERTY looks thinner on your coin than WDDO-002.

LOM! Are there any valuable or "strong" varieties in Lincoln Shield cent series? The only one I know of and try to look out for is 2015 DDO (you can actually see splits and legit doubling) just wondering if I need to start checking the rest of them and not just 2015s

I may not be LOM, but Some notable varieties I know on the LSC series are:
2011 WDDO-002 and WDDO-007
2014 WDDO-002 and WDDO-003
2015 WDDO-006 and WDDO-007
2015 WDDR-002 (one of my personal favs)
