If by latin letters you mean the coin uses our 26 letters, the answer is yes.

It is not from one of the four UK countries. (FYI, I was born there). If you want, you can ask if the coin is from any spanish speaking countries. ;)

No, my coin was not minted after October 24, 1901

Not from the UK. Minted before October 24, 1901. The words on the coin use our 26 letters of our alphabet. Not from Asia.
