In the 2 digits, zero is not prime. Q 16 eliminated them though.

I didn't ask if the last two digits were prime numbers, I asked if the last 2 digits are a prime number (singular), so that means the 2 numbers joined together (27), not individually (2 , 7) Anyway I'm going to guess 1927 Belgium 25 centimes KM#68.1 Edited to change my guess, Keith beat me to the Portugal coin.
