I think it's safe to say that the Isle of Man didn't make any circulating coins between 1839 and decimalization. So, IOM coinage was disqualified earlier.

Ok looks like a 1 in 3 chance then. My guess is that your coin is a 1914 8 Doubles from Guernsey.
