I do apologize for my trash questions. As I was using my interpretation of what a coin and medal are instead of what numista considers what a coin and medal to be.
My guess is the 2020 silver 1 Ounce - Miraculous Medal Medjugorje N#188311

I take it that both sides are double dated. Has to be to get over 18, as any 20XX doesn't cut it alone.
