Is the date on this coin 1907 or later? No Is the diameter of this coin larger than 30 mm? As I am a newbie GM and I have already made multiple mistakes I will veto this Q as based on a technicality which is I have already answered it. Quote: 27mm then changed to 16mm so I changed it from a > no< to a yes. (Edited to add "which is" between "technicality I" )

I was split between Japan and the Philippines but that decimal currency thingy was bugging me a tad.  Is this coin dated 1903 or 1905?
