2. This coin was not issued for use by a country in the Americas.
3. This coin was issued for use by a country in Asia.
4. This coin was not around in AD 1901.

6. The country that issued this coin is not an island.
7. The population of the country that issued this coin is less than 50M.
8. This coin was not around in AD 1930.
Hint #1: now is probably a good time to mention that this coin is not dated using the Gregorian Calendar so I may not be able to give you a single AD year of manufacture. With that said, you have already bracketed this coin's date to a 25 year window so you are in pretty good shape I think.
9. The population of the country that issued this coin is more than 10M.
10. The country that issued this coin is Afghanistan. Dang it @craftworker, you are good.
11. I can't find a single coin of Afghanistan shown on numista issued between 1931 and 1955 with Gregorian dates.
12. This coin is not bronze.
13. This coin is nickel clad steel.
14. The diameter of this coin is 22.3 mm.
Hint #2: The maximum thickness of this coin is approximately 3 mm.
15. The weight of this coin is 4.7 g.

Anyone one to make a guess?

I was hoping that the odd thickness might throw you off the track a little but that attempt appears to have failed. Perhaps someone would like to also guess why the maximum thickness is so high?

@cw, since numista has two dates listed, please pick one to include with your guess. Thx.

That is correct @cw. Well done. And the reason for the maximum thickness being so high? This coin (like both of mine) still has a remnant of the loop from where it was turned into jewelry at some point.
