Hint #1: The denomination and the units of currency seem mis-matched.

Seems like RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA might be a better choice than Hungary, or even Konungariket Sverige.

Just to be clear, the capital of the country that issued this coin ends in a consonant (see #13 above).

Warsaw ends in a consonant in English, but so does Poland and I doubt that Spence would switch languages. Stockholm ends in a consonant in both languages I believe and it does say "Sverige" on the coins. I can't see any disparity in Hungary's denominations vs its Currency.
