Does the country of issue have an English name beginning with the letter N?

1. Coin not issued on an island.
2. The coin was around when Yahoo was incorporated (1995).
3. The coin is a commemorative.
4. The coin was not issued in the Americas.
5. The coin was not around when WW 2 ended.
6. The coin was issued in Europe.
7. The capital of the country of issue is west of Naples, Italy.
8. The capital of the country of issue is not south of Frankfurt.

I suggest using Numista to narrow down the possibilities. That way, you will quickly find out if coins exist before a given date.
