We only need to know where it was issued to guess, unless there are multiple mints. Sounds like an NCLT "granny/grampy bait" coin. I see where you're going Oz. Those Island coins are comparable to....Germany!  .  . "We are poor little lambs...who have lost our way...Baa...Baa...Baa"
