I believe all island countries in the Caribbean including the Antilles are in North America or sub regions of North America.

So I think we are down to these countries.

French Guiana
Guyana
Suriname
Venezuela

It seems to me the lesser antilles island nations would be considered part of South America.

This is what I'm reading on Wiki.

The Antillean islands are divided into two smaller groupings: the Greater Antilles and the Lesser Antilles.
Geographically, the Antillean islands are generally considered a subregion of North America.
