I hate Nazism.
I love Nazi coins.
I have visited the Daschau concentration Camp, the refurbishment of which was funded by Israel.
I have visited the Nazi Museum in Nuremburg, where all of the political, criminal and war atrocities are graphically shown.
This museum was funded by Germany, with the intention to make the visitor think.

Unlike the Germans,
The Japanese schooling system avoids any reference Japanese WW2 history.
As far an introduction to ancient coins is concerned, we all now quite righty disregard the atrocities of the Roman Empire. Because of this Roman history is now studied without bias, and with far more accuracy with regard to portraying facts properly.
Roman coins are a fascinating area of numismatic study, and have been since the Renaissance.

Time heals.

I think San Francisco has got it wrong, and the healing of time is now going to take longer.

One of my favorite sayings and one that rings so true.
