I'd say borderline UNC.
Maybe some hairlines obverse.
My guess is AU58 if it grades.

55

Nice 1912's are scarce.

TPG's don't like hairlines much and the obverse might be an issue.

Only 6 pearls on band of crown, normally results in a grade of VF = EF Sheldon, band on orb on crown nearly gone.

Could be a light strike, top of star above shield is flat.
Grass always strikes up reasonably well, even with light strike, with the Blakemore reverse.

Surprising amount of luster for this grade,
nEF = AU50 Sheldon.

I was considered this though a weak strike from the pictures. Will get new photo once have in hand.

Although if you compare with graded one same series and look it back it may come more higher might can be MS

Hairline seems minimal from this photo and camera was focusing on it.

Light strike notice on the band or just the lighting effect since the highest point, orb still intact.

Just to consider from all views here if this good to be graded?

i would say AU 52, would be higher with no hairlines, agreed most of the pearls are visible it only the lighting that cause the pearls/jewels on the crown to be washed out. It could also be the lighting that highlighting the hairlines.

When I look at the AU58 coin,
the OP's coin is definitely AU50, or a tiny bit less.

The AU58 has a full 8 pearls in the crown band,
no flat area on the emu's feathers, and the star above the shield has a fully formed point, although a little rounded.

The AU55 coin has less wear on the emu feathers, and if you look hard enough, the 7th and 8th pearls on the crown band are visible.
