I'm no expert on these for sure, but it appears uncirculated to me.

BU with mint luster,
but all freshly minted Australian issued for circulation coins are obviously bag marked, most often seen on the cheek of Lizzie.
This is no exception.

The coins are ejected from the presses, and fall from a great height on top of each other into a big heap.
WHACK! or DING! (take your pick)
Pity, they are usually sharply struck; this is no exception.

I see touches of wear on the high points of the queen's curls, and scratches across the eye, and from ear to upper lip (unless some of this is on the plastic of the 2 x 2, or an artifact of the scan).
Here is a photo of a comparison coin claimed to be out of a mint bag, with far fewer blemishes obv: https://www.ebay.com/itm/2014-UNC-5...AOSw3uVa2pUj

As pointed out by sel_691, some bag marks and a lot of texture on the rims seems to be common on otherwise nice examples.
