Hoping to get others opinion on this odd mark next to the phrase I.G.W.T just was wondering if this is a possible error or maybe damaged threw out its days in circulation. Also curious if there looks like any kind of doubling in the date, liberty and I.G.W.T.
If you have any thoughts or advise I'm all ears. Please let me know if picture does not turn out well , still learning how to be a photographer.

Just was wondering if any one has thoughts about what that oversized Capital O is ? kinda looks like it could be an ear or something. Any thoughts ?
