Ryanandfamily5 Valued Member United States 52 Posts	Posted 07/10/2019 04:50 am Hoping to get others opinion on this odd mark next to the phrase I.G.W.T just was wondering if this is a possible error or maybe damaged threw out its days in circulation. Also curious if there looks like any kind of doubling in the date, liberty and I.G.W.T. If you have any thoughts or advise I'm all ears.
