XF details. I like to see some luster peaking out especially on an XF45 coin. this one appears flat and maybe overdipped

Too much wear on Eagles breast for a 45. also just looking at the reverse has strong indications of a cleaning .VF-35/40 nothing more . IMHO

EF-45 but may have had on older cleaning.
