A Friend of mine sent me a bunch of proof coins. 69/70/71 Proofs I have NO 1968 S proofs to compare with. Anyone know If this is a reverse 68 proof on a 69 ? I think a couple of the 70's has the same Reverse Proof of a 68! Also is it full bands? Sorry about the Pic's My Scope takes POOR pics of Shiny coins.THANK'S for your help.

No, that's normal for the Proof coins. The proof reverses only applys to the 1969 Philadelphia, 1970 Philadelphia, and the 1970 Denver Business Strike Dimes. https://www.NGCcoin.com/boards/topi...iety-fs-901/

And all proof strikes should be full bands.
