1957-D Lincoln Cent With Large Chunk Under MM And Die Scratches On Neck

Has anyone seen this before?there is a large triangle shaped chunk coming down from the mint mark. There are also die scratches or clash marks behind Lincoln's head and neck. Is it just a large die chip or a lamination issue?

Looks like a pre Die Chip depression.
