Are those circulation scuff marks above Monticello building? If not, I see this as an MS-62, otherwise AU-58.

To me, that's sitting right on the cusp of Unc. Those stirations are from improperly mixed alloy.

I wanted to add that this photo is at 60x magnification with a USB microscope. So the few scratches you see are incredibly tiny.

MS-63FS. Photos always make the coin look far worse than it is in hand.
