Your pictures are slanted so it's a little hard to tell, but if it is a DDO it could be WDDO-012.

Thank you for viewing and commenting QH72! I believe this is a DDO. I compared this one to another 2013. And the date is fatter compared to a normal 2013. Weirdly enough, this cent caught my attention without any magnification. The date just looked extra pronounced.
