Help With 1953-D LWC Filled In Mint Mark And Possible DDO?

This 1953D LWC looks like it might be a DDO and I am not sure why the mint mark is filled in. If it is alright I would like to post a few coins I think might be DDO's or DDR's. I am feeling frustrated because I can not seem to get the difference between MD and DD no matter how many pictures or videos I look at. Any help is always greatly appreciated. Right now all I am trying to do is build a collection for my children.

Looks like a Broken Mintmark Punch issue/Die Chip on the mintmark. Also not seeing a Doubled Die. Just Machine Doubling again.
