Looks like an obverse hit below his hairline , a few small ticks on reverse . Most probably MS-64RD .

MS 64 - scratch on forehead keeps this from being graded higher I think.

If it grades out at MS64 would be worth around $4.00. MS63 around $3.00. If it grades out at MS65 worth around $6.00.

You'd need to get to MS68 for the value to get up higher and MS68 is a hard grade to get but then it would be worth $800-$900 in one of the name brand coin auction houses.

Even MS67 in that date and mint mark is about $20.
