Looks close....but, are the surfaces mirrored like a proof?

Mine was very difficult to photograph, especially the reverse because it is what we call PL (Proof Like). My camera hates mirrored fields:

This one I don't think would get a PL designation, but I do have a 1993 D and 1988 cents that are probably 66-67 but easily proof like. Do you think they would be worth getting graded even if they didn't grade one of the top pops?

The top pop 93D is a 69 (PCGS $2000), in 68 is only a $32 coin though. BIG submission risk IMO. The 69 is SICK:

The 88 is probably not worth submitting unless you think you could be the new top pop at MS-69. A 68 is listed as $300. The 68's are pretty gritty IMO, lots of die polish lines and uneven surfaces.

But do you think they would be worth getting graded considering that NGC now designated Lincoln Cent's as PL?

I don't know, never really follow NGC prices and markets. Generally, PCGS is where the money is at.
