Looks close....but, are the surfaces mirrored like a proof? Mine was very difficult to photograph, especially the reverse because it is what we call PL (Proof Like). My camera hates mirrored fields:

This one I don't think would get a PL designation, but I do have a 1993 D and 1988 cents that are probably 66-67 but easily proof like. Do you think they would be worth getting graded even if they didn't grade one of the top pops?

I don't know, never really follow NGC prices and markets. Generally, PCGS is where the money is at.
