This silver shilling token (Dalton 7) from Chichester in Sussex, Britain, was issued in 1811 by local banker Henry Comper and Benjamin Charge, a saddler and harness maker. The "Union" celebrated by the clasped hands shown on this token has never been definitively identified, but speculation centers on the 1810 marriage of Dinah Comper to Ben Charge.
