may need closer/clearer pics, but id wait for the experts to weigh in. To me, it looks like the coin has a lot of wear/scratches, and the apparent doubling at the nose could be PMD. definitely worth getting some closer up pictures though!

to CCF.Damage at end of nose. Looks like damage above 1. Need close up of eye,but looks normal as of now.
