Is it a double strike or maybe post damage? Is it a DDR? I dunno. I'm secretly hoping its a DDR but my hands on experience in "turn-of-the-century coins" is nill, until recently... I knew the coin was worthless but I couldn't figure out the doubling. I guess I didn't search hard enough. I've noted everyones comments and in the future I will post more appropriate images.
